NICSHR - Panel Member Survey

Overview

Are you an ex-civil servant? Would you like to continue to help the NICS by volunteering to be a panel member for NICS competitions?

NICSHR is keen to gauge interest from former Civil Servants who would be willing to be added to a rota to act as a panel member for NICS recruitment campaigns.

Interviewers would be paid at an hourly rate for all time necessarily spent on official interviewing business.

Interviews can be conducted online or face to face depending on the competition. Interviewers would be paid for any time spent travelling to and from the interview venue and for time spent interviewing.

Attendence at courses and other forms of administration time would also be paid.

What happens next

This initial survey is to gauge interest only, should sufficient numbers be received NICSHR will consider running a competition to collate a list of potential panel members.
