NICS Records Management and HPRM end user survey - July 2019

Overview

A project has been establied to identify possible enhancements to HPRM (TRIM). The primary objectives of the project are to increase staff usage and improve user experience, to ensure records are effectively managed in HPRM.

This survey will take 5 to 10 minutes to complete.

The survey is in several sections:

• Possible HPRM improvements;
• Skills; 
• Training general;
• Training topics;
• Records Management; 
• Additional information
• Focus group

What happens next

We will compile the results into themes and establish a small project team to investigate each theme further with the intention of improving HPRM usability.
