Land Registration Legislation Project Consultation
Overview
The Department of Finance (DoF) is seeking views from stakeholders and other interested parties on its proposals to amend current Land Registry legislation to allow for the submission of digital/electronic documents to the Land Registry Register, the Registry of Deeds, the Statutory Charges Register and the Ground Rents Register.
The proposed legislative amendments form part of the Land & Property Services (LPS) Transformation Programme which was established to deliver organisational changes in LPS and take a Digital First approach to improve how it delivers its services to citizens and businesses.
