Pulse Survey – Your Input Matters

The LPS People Plan was developed in response to findings from the NICS People Survey and co-design sessions. This short pulse survey is designed to check where things stand now and whether we’re making progress against that baseline.

As the NICS People Survey only runs every two years, we’re using a short pulse survey to get a more up-to-date view across LPS. It includes five questions from the 2025 survey, allowing us to track any movement in key areas.
