LPS Management Board - Skills Gap Analysis

Overview

Following a board effectiveness review of the LPS Management Board, it was recommended that a Skills Gap Analysis be carried out with the current board members to assess the level of skill and knowledge across a range of areas.

This will be a self assessment.

Please read the description for each area and assess your level of skill or experience against it and also the level of skill or experience you need to effectively carry out your role on Management Board.

The assessment is a 1-5 rating system where 1 is Novice and 5 is Expert.
