LPS Leadership - Explore Pilot Programme for Executive Officers (EO1 & EO2)

Overview

As part of LPS Learning Week 2024, the LPS L&D Steering Group, in collaboration with the NICSHR L&D team, are pleased to be providing the opportunity for 20 staff (EO1s and EO2s) to take part in an LPS pilot leadership programme.

Join with your peers across LPS to explore various aspects of modern leadership including,

• Inclusive & Intent based Leadership
• Collaboration
• Improvement & Innovation
• Health & Wellbeing

The aim of the EXPLORE Leadership Development Programme is to enhance both an individual and collective leadership skills. This is a thought provoking, challenging and innovative programme which is specifically designed for Executive Officer grades to help explore their leadership journey. It will help you learn essential skills, look for opportunities to have an immediate impact in the workplace and take ownership of your on-going future development.

The course will run across four days, on the dates below

Tuesday 8.10.24, Thursday 17.10.24, Friday 18.10.24, Tuesday 22.10.24

Note: Before signing up you should discuss this opportunity with your manager and confirm you will be available to attend all four days of the course in Goodwood House, Belfast.
