LPS Hybrid Working Survey March 2022

Overview

In June 2020 we conducted a survey to get your views on working from home (WFH). Back then you told us that 4% of you wanted to work in the office fulltime; 23% wanted to work mainly at home; 31% wanted a set pattern of days at home and in the office; and 42% wanted a flexible arrangement.

Although the ‘work from home if you can’ instruction is still in place, we need to prepare for the changes that will come when the remaining Covid restrictions are lifted. It is 21 months since we ran the original survey and most of us have a lot more experience of working away from an office. Your views and opinions may well have changed since June 2020. To help us plan, we want gauge your views again. The results will be considered as we move forward, to address LPS Business needs in this changing environment, when the ‘work from home if you can’ guidance changes.

The survey should only take 5 minutes to complete. The results are completely anonymous.
