Improving Land Registers NI - Help Us Change for You - Customer Survey

Overview

Land Registers NI, part of Land & Property Services (LPS), is responsible for recording legal interests in land and maintaining a register of land ownership in Northern Ireland.

The purpose of this survey is to work with service users to improve how we deliver our services. Our aim is to make registration and information services more user-friendly and efficient by understanding who our customers are, what their needs are and how they are experiencing our services – so that we focus on the things that matter to those we serve.

The survey should take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
