Grey Point Fort Feasibility Study & Options Appraisal: Survey
Overview
Innovation and Consultancy Services is an independent consultancy team within the Department of Finance. We are currently working with the Historic Environment Division in the Department for Communities to carry out a feasibility study on the future development of Grey Point Fort.
This survey is part of our stakeholder engagement process. We want to hear directly from local residents, community groups, and those with an interest in the fort. Your views are vital in helping us understand how the site is currently used, what it means to the community, and what opportunities or concerns you see for its future.
The information you provide will be used to inform our analysis and recommendations. Your feedback will help shape the options we develop for the Fort’s potential restoration and reopening, ensuring that any future plans reflect the needs and aspirations of the local community.
The survey should take approximately 8–10 minutes to complete and will be open until 7th February 2026.
All responses will be treated confidentially and reported anonymously. You are not required to provide any personal information unless you choose to.
