EVAWG Skills Audit Questionnaire

Overview

Business Consultancy Services (BCS) is an internal consultancy team within the Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS). We have been commissioned by the Ending Violence Against Women and Girls (EVAWG) team within The Executive Office (TEO) to carry out a skills audit for all staff working on the programme. 

This short questionnaire is designed to gain an understanding of your experience and knowledge across a number of learning areas. These areas were identified as part of workshop sessions held with the staff in March & April 2024, along with individual consultations, and using job descriptions.

Questionnaire responses will only be used for the purpose of the BCS Skills Audit and will be analysed by BCS staff. The output will be a collated group analysis of all the responses from the team. Individual staff details will not be shared as part of this analysis. However, we will be able to return your response outputs to you individually so that you can choose to use this to support your PDP conversation with your manager.

Please note that responses gathered will be disposed of in accordance with GDPR regulations upon the completion of the project.
