Consultation questions on the draft Equality Action Plan and draft Disability Action Plan

As part of our commitment within the Department’s Equality Scheme, we are consulting on these renewed action plans, the purpose of which is to seek your views to inform their finalisation and our compliance with our statutory duties for the benefit of the public in Northern Ireland.

1. Do the proposed action plans demonstrate the Department’s commitment to complying with its statutory duties to have due regard to the need to promote equality of opportunity, and regard to the desirability of promoting good relations?
