DfI Board Effectiveness Review
Overview
Innovation and Consultancy Services (ICS) has been commissioned by the Department for Infrastructure (DfI) to undertake an effectiveness review of the Departmental Board. This survey is intended to gather feedback from Board Members and stakeholders involved with the Board. It is being administered independently by ICS.
All responses will be anonymised. While some identifiable information (such as position) may be collected, this will be accessed only by the ICS review team and used solely for internal project purposes. The findings from the survey will be reported in aggregate form, ensuring that no individual respondent can be identified. All survey data, including email addresses, will be securely deleted in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) upon completion of the project.
The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. There are 13 pages in total of which 8 align to best practice areas for a Board Effectiveness Review.
If you have any questions about the survey, please contact the Project Manager: Hannah.Williams@finance-ni.gov.uk.
