ICS Review of DfC SSPLD Staff Survey 2025

Overview

Innovation and Consultancy Services (ICS) is an internal consultancy team within the Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS). We have been commissioned by the Department for Communities to carry out a review of the staff resources and organisational structure within SSPLD. 

The purpose of this which will take a few minutes to complete, is to gather feedback  about your experiences, opinions, and satisfaction levels within your current role in SSPLD.

All information will be reported in aggregate and anonymised, so no individual will be identified. Survey responses will be held solely by ICS and will be disposed of in accordance with GDPR regulations upon the completion of the project.
