DfC Departmental Management Board Effectiveness Review 2025

Overview

Innovation and Consultancy Services (ICS) has been appointed by the Department for Communities (DfC) to undertake an effectiveness review of the Departmental Management Board. This survey has been designed to gather feedback from all board members, secretariat, and anyone who regularly attends board meetings. It is being administered independently by ICS.

All responses will be anonymised. While some identifiable information (such as position) may be collected, this will be accessed only by the ICS review team and used solely for internal project purposes. The findings from the survey will be reported in aggregate form, ensuring that no individual respondent can be identified. All survey data, including email addresses, will be securely deleted in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) upon completion of the project.

The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
