Customer research sessions for LPS rates and valuation services

Overview

Land & Property Services (LPS) is responsible for the assessment and collection of rates in Northern Ireland.  This covers services such as the valuation of property, the issuing of rate bills, collecting rate payments, and maintaining rate accounts.

We are seeking participants to take part in virtual customer research sessions to contribute their views and experiences specifically relating to the assessment and collection of rates in Northern Ireland.

The survey is open from 12th May to 26th May 2022 (11.59pm) and should take around 2 minutes to complete.
