Customer feedback survey for LPS rates and valuation services
Overview
Land & Property Services (LPS) is responsible for the assessment and collection of rates in Northern Ireland. This covers services such as the valuation of property, the issuing of rate bills, collecting rate payments, and maintaining rate accounts.
We are seeking participants to provide their views and experiences specifically relating to the assessment and collection of rates in Northern Ireland.
Why your views matter
Completing this survey will allow us to understand the views and experiences of a wide range of users across all rates and valuation related services, and will help prioritise where to focus immediate and longer term improvements.
The survey is open from 12th May to 9th June 2022 (11.59pm) and should take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete.

Your responses will be kept secure, treated confidentially and will not be passed to others without your prior agreement.
