The Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) is conducting this survey to benchmark employment litigation processes across public sector organisations in Northern Ireland and similar Government bodies in England, Scotland, and Wales. The results aim is to help identify best practices, enhance case management efficiency, and improve dispute resolution strategies.

Your participation is voluntary, and responses will be kept confidential. A summary of findings may be shared with your consent to support collective learning across public sector bodies however our primary aim is for use internally.
