Part 1 - Eligibility - Who may apply

As part of our undertaking to develop this Scheme, we want to determine who should be able to apply for a Baby Loss Certificate, and whether or not applications should be accepted in respect of all early pregnancy loss irrespective of how long ago that loss occurred.
