Why we are consulting

The Employee Services Portal ( ESP) is a shared portal between Account NI and HR Connect. As this portal has been in use for a while and recently updated, we would like to hear your views so we may improve our services. This survey is for internal NICS staff and applies to Account NI information only.

Privacy Notice

The data collected in this survey will be used solely by Account NI Service Teams in order to improve financial services and the portal search engines. Your data will be kept in line with the current retention disposal policy,  after which the data will be deleted.

All the information you provide will be treated in strict confidence and will not be used to identify you personally on any reporting mechanisms. The analysis will be carried out on an anonymous basis under the UKGDPR guidelines.

Results of the survey, in an anonymised report, may be published on the ESP portal.

Information will not be passed onto any other 3^rd party  and will only be used by Account NI staff for the purpose of  this survey.
