Strangford Lough Ferry Service Customer Engagement
Overview
Strangford Lough Ferry Service - Customer Engagement
About this questionnaire
We are seeking your views on the Strangford Lough Ferry service, with a particular focus on the timetable and how the service is currently used.
This is an initial engagement exercise. Its purpose is to help us build an up-to-date picture of how people use the ferry and what matters most to customers. The information gathered will be used by the Department for Infrastructure to inform future consideration of the service, including whether any changes should be explored further.
This is not a formal public consultation and it does not mean that changes to the service will take place. Any decisions about the future of the service would be subject to further assessment and, where appropriate, more formal consultation.
Your responses will help us understand current travel patterns, priorities and issues, and ensure that any future work is based on a clear evidence base.
Thank you for taking the time to share your views.
Please note that the responses to this customer engagement must be received by midnight on 31 August 2026. All responses received by this date will be considered.
