Personal Injury Survey

We are keen to hear about your experience of the service provided by DfI Roads Claims Unit when handling personal injury claims.  The findings of this survey will assist DfI Roads Claims Unit in identifying areas in which customer service may be improved.  This survey should take less than five minutes to complete.

When completing this survey, please bear in mind that we are seeking your views on the quality of service provided by DfI Roads Claims Unit and not on our decision-making process, which is largely governed by legislation, case law and Departmental policy.
