Personal Injury Survey
We are keen to hear about your experience of the service provided by DfI Roads Claims Unit when handling personal injury claims. The findings of this survey will assist DfI Roads Claims Unit in identifying areas in which customer service may be improved. This survey should take less than five minutes to complete.
