Passenger Survey for Rural Community Transport Operators

Overview

The Department for Infrastructure is seeking your views on the Assisted Rural Travel Scheme. This Scheme enables you to use your SmartPass to get a half or free fare on Dial-a-Lift services with your local rural community transport operator.

The results will allow us to demonstrate the impact this Scheme has on its users and any associated benefits.

Please complete the answers based on your usual travel experiences, i.e. not where services have been interrupted due to Covid. 

This short survey should take around 5-10 minutes. 

The closing date for the return of the survey is Friday 6^th January 2023. 

Return of Paper Survey

Once completed, return the form to your local Rural Community Transport operator.  An envelope has been provided for this purpose.
