This information will be securely stored and treated as confidential. The information collected will only be used for equality monitoring, evaluation and other purposes (as set out in the DAERA Privacy Notice) in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation. The details on this form will not be used in the decision to award funding to any voluntary community organisation that applies to the Rural Micro Capital Grant Scheme. The resulting dataset will be made anonymous before any monitoring or evaluation analysis is published.
What is this information used for?
The information will help us to understand if the Rural Micro Capital Grant Scheme is providing equality of opportunity and good relations to all our customers. Completion of the survey will help the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) to comply with Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act (1998).
Is it compulsory?
Although completion of this survey is voluntary you are strongly encouraged to complete it as it is important that we are able to monitor and evaluate the Rural Micro Capital Grant Scheme to ensure there is equality of opportunity for all applicants and beneficiaries.
Who should complete this survey?
The survey should be completed by the person completing the application on behalf of the voluntary community organisation. The details provided in response to this survey should provide the information on behalf of the organisation's beneficaries to the grant.
