NIEA Board Skills - self assessment questionnaire

Overview

The Board Skills Audit Matrix below, is a self-assessment exercise that is designed to help to determine the Board’s existing skill sets, strengths and areas for improvement and development. This will also assist in identifying future skills requirements and aid succession planning.

Using this questionnaire please state which response best reflects your level of experience / knowledge. Please note, the intention is not for every Board member / attendee to possess expert level ability in every skillset.
