Overview

The ISTD Staff Development Survey aims to positively build on the ISTD responses within the NICS Peoples Survey 2023 by gathering more specific information from ISTD staff on learning and development and employee engagement.  This information will help contribute to the ongoing development of ISTD staff and support staff performance

Why your views matter

Your views are very important to us and the information gathered from ISTD staff will be used to conduct a skills gap analysis so that positive recommendations can be made.  DAERA managers can use the information to make decisions that will contribute to improved learning and development and engagement for ISTD staff, which will positively impact on DAERA's service delivery to its customers
