Overview

To establish a baseline for staff feedback on:

  • administrative burden,
  • use/knowledge of Business Information Intelligence (BII),
  • efficiency and integration of process, and
  • IT system performance.

Why your views matter

Establishing baselines will allow us to set specific and realistic targets for future schemes

Provides an opportunity for us to identify specific areas that may have greater room for improvement and/or are performing well so that this may be considered in the design of future delivery.
