Blue Carbon Action Plan - Consultation

Overview

This consultation paper details the draft of the first Blue Carbon Action Plan for Northern Ireland.  It has been drafted using a co-design approach with stakeholders to develop the actions required to protect and conserve our blue carbon habitats as a nature-based solution for climate change mitigation and for wider ecosystem benefits. 

You are invited to respond to this consultation through an online survey that is quick and simple to complete.  Please supplement your response with any relevant supporting information, evidence and/or analysis.
