Review of the Cancer Services Website

Closed 30 May 2022

Opened 6 May 2022

The Northern Trust is seeking to review and revamp its Cancer Services information at:

Over the pandemic, we have developed a number of resources including podcasts, videos and recordings of health and wellbeing events for people living with cancer.  We would really like to get your opinion on how easy it is to navigate the website content.  Do you find it user friendly and accessible, and are there any improvements you feel could be made?

After reviewing the website this survey should only take approximately 10 - 15 minutes to complete.

Your support in this matter is much appreciated.

Why your views matter

In this modern world, technology is becoming more and more part of our everyday lives. When someone is diagnosed with Cancer, going online and searching for information is an understandable step and we want to make sure that when we direct people to our website, they feel confident in knowing where to get the information they need.

It's important that this information is engaging and easy to access and for us to understand our best next steps in how to make this a reality, we really need your feedback and insights.

What happens next

Once we get your feedback, we will work to renew and improve the Cancer Services information on our website.   As a result, people affected by cancer in the Northern Trust will know where to go for up to date, engaging and relevant information local to them.

Thank you for all of your help
