We need your help to design some fantastic outside spaces for the new Mental Health Inpatient Service

This is your opportunity to help create beautiful outside space at our new mental health inpatient hospital that will inspire and help improve our mental health and wellbeing. 

Your valuable feedback will provide us with information to ensure our future service users, their families and you benefit from using our purpose designed outside spaces.

We are asking for mental health staff views and we appreciate the time taken to fill out this questionnaire, it will take no more than 10 minutes.
