Your experience of the Northern Trust's Community Bed Service
Overview
In the NHSCT, the Intermediate Care Community Bed Based Service provides a period of short-term assessment and rehabilitation for people who cannot be supported safely in their own home following illness or injury but do not require acute hospital care. This service may be provided with a Community Hospital, Residential Unit or Private Nursing Home environment.
