Overview
This survey is for staff who are involved in the Child Development Centre, Multi-Disciplinery assessments in the NHSCT. We want to better understand what is done well and what can be done better from your point of view. This survey is predominantly open ended questions in order to gain a full perspective of staff views. The questions relate to the current way of planning and working at the CDC in Causeway and Antrim.
