Community Development Support

Overview

The Community Development Team within the Promoting Wellbeing Division works across all directorates and programmes of care.

We support Trust staff to better understand the benefits of collaborative working with local communities and to maximise the opportunities to do so.

We support people in local communities set up and sustain community initiatives and self-help groups to improve health and wellbeing.
