The Human Resource Consultancy Services (HRCS) branch is part of the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency (NISRA). We produce a range of HR - related statistics on staff in the Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS). These statistics include publications on Sickness Absence, Equality, Pay, Employment, Personnel and Recruitment.
