Vital Events Statistics User Survey

Closed 31 Mar 2023

Opened 31 Mar 2022

Overview

The Vital Statistics Team in the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency (NISRA) produce statistics on births, deaths, marriages, civil partnerships and adoptions from civil registration events which are registered with the General Register Office (GRO). Figures on divorces and civil partnership dissolutions are compiled from returns of ‘Decrees made Absolute’ supplied by the Northern Ireland Courts and Tribunals Service.

This survey gathers feedback on Vital Events Statistics in Northern Ireland and helps NISRA understand how and why you use these statistics. The survey provides an opportunity for you to tell us what matters most to you, and is your opportunity to tell us what improvements, enhancements or changes you would like to see reflected in our outputs.
