Forest Service, an Agency of the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs intends to carry out the following project in respect of the Environmental Impact Assessment (Forestry) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 (as amended).

Project Description Development of access route to facilitate timber extraction

The Department does not propose to prepare an Environmental Statement. This is a small scale project.

The spur road will be formed on a layer of geotextile thereby minimising the need for excavation.
